ALT Dignity
ALT Legacy Care Initiative (ALCI) is a developing nonprofit focused on reducing structural barriers to essential services for underserved communities. Our inaugural program, ALT Dignity, addresses social isolation and mobility-related access barriers among low-income older adults in affordable senior housing in Connecticut.
Hibiscus Rose Therapy Fund
Hibiscus Rose Therapy Fund is a gender and racial justice project whose mission is to increase positive mental health outcomes for Black queer and trans folks by lowering the barriers to gender-affirming mental health care access through direct aid and community education.
Framingham Grows Food
The mission of Framingham Grows Food is to grow food and build community. We cultivate community well-being by connecting people, places, and resources, to increase access to food growing opportunities for everyone in Framingham.

Boston Human Exploitation Advocacy Team (HEAT) is the sole organization dedicated to supporting trafficked women with active addiction in Boston. We support women on the street and wherever else their journey takes them through our innovative blend of clinical and peer support and robust collaboration with community partners.
Friends of Natick Trails
The Friends of Natick Trails promotes outdoor recreation and alternative transportation within our community, and we encourage and support collaboration within and between communities to ensure the safe enjoyment of the trail network for all users and neighbors. FoNT provides programs, events, and opportunities to provide joyful and healthy outdoor experiences for people of all ages and abilities.
The Spot Cambridge
The Spot Cambridge is a volunteer-led community initiative that offers free clothing, toiletries, and everyday essentials to individuals and families in need. Through pop-up events, outreach, and a request-based system, we fill orders and deliver items directly—creating a welcoming, dignified way for people to access what they need.
Relief & Equity Support for Patient-Centered Transcare (RESPCT)
The Relief & Equity Support for Patient-Centered Transcare (RESPCT) fund exists to ensure that transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse people—especially those under 18—retain uninterrupted access to safe, evidence-based gender-affirming care regardless of political, financial, or institutional barriers.

Nutag Foundation

National Vehicle Residency Coalition
The National Vehicle Residency Coalition (“NVRC”) is a network of vehicle residents, social service providers, and legal experts that supports people living in their vehicles. Our goal is to honor and value the voices of vehicle residents, support their policy and service goals, and protect their legal rights. We believe a key component of this work is raising positive public awareness of people living in vehicles and vehicle residency.
Streets Is Watching Community Patrol Program
Our communities are our responsibilities & New Era's "Streets Is Watching" program is the epitome of that. For the first time since 2016, the City of Detroit reported more than 300 homicides in the FBI's annual crime report, with 328 homicides in 2020. That's a 17% increase from 2019, which had 280 homicides.
